- After you submit your order, you will recieve an email as a conformation that your order has been placed
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9am - 5:30pm cst.
- Orders may take up to 5-8 business days to complete before the item is shipped.
- During holidays, orders may take longer to complete, due to the holiday rush.

| 2. Shipping Policy: |
- The cost of shipping is subject to the buyers location and will be calculated at checkout.
- We do not ship outside the United States.
- We ship using UPS with the following shipping options:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
- We will ship the items as soon as the order is complete.

- Please note that all prices are in U.S. currency. Shipping and handling is not included.

| 4. Return Policy: |
- We do take back web returns within 10 days of purchasing. There is a 15% restock fee as well as shipping and handling fees.

| 5. Damage Policy |
- If the package looks damaged, the customer can refuse the package and we will handle the replacement. UPS should cover the costs of the damaged items.

- Cancellations must be made within 48 horus of ordering. Also, items must not be personalized to be canceled.
